Industry Expert with 30+ -Year Institutional Investor Background
BOSTON and NEW YORK – August [5], 2014 – Nu Paradigm Investment Partners, LLC, an investment firm launched this April as an alternative to the current landscape of “oCIO” providers, today announced that Mark P. Bergin has joined the firm as Managing Director, Business Development & Client Relations. Bergin brings more than 30 years of experience in managing institutional client relationships, investment portfolios and product development to the position.

Bergin brings an extensive background gained with reputable firms including State Street Global Advisors, Shawmut Bank & Trust Corporation, Dean, Witter Reynolds and E.F. Hutton Corporation. Most recently, at State Street, Bergin was instrumental in building their Institutional Relationship Management Group’s client service platform. Additionally, he directed teams on the implementation of tailored solutions designed to enhance client portfolios. At Shawmut Bank & Trust Corporation, as Institutional Trust Officer, Bergin helped found their suburban investment centers. Bergin’s client experience at past firms spans Corporates, Public Funds, Taft-Hartley, Endowments and Foundations. Bergin is an attorney and is both Series 7 and 63 registered. He received his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School, and his undergraduate B.A. degree from Georgetown University.
